What payment methods do you accept?

How long does it take to ship my order?
All our coffees are roast-to-order and hand packed for freshness.
- Whole bean orders: Ship the same day they’re roasted.
- Ground coffee orders: Ship the day after roasting for peak quality.
- Roasting & prep time: Please allow 1–5 business days for roasting and packing before your order ships.
- Delivery time: Once shipped, U.S. orders usually arrive in 1–5 business days via USPS standard ground shipping.
Will I get tracking information?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details and automatic updates by email.

Is your coffee really freshly roasted?
Yes! Every bag is roasted to order in small batches for peak flavor—never pre-packaged or stale.
Can I subscribe and save?
Absolutely! Subscribe for monthly delivery and get 10% off every order, plus free U.S. shipping. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime—no commitments.
How do I manage my subscription?
You’ll get a link in your confirmation email to manage your subscription, including delivery frequency, pausing, skipping, or canceling.
What grind options are available?
Most of our coffees are available as whole bean, ground, or single-serve coffee capsules. Select your preference on the product page.
Can I return my coffee?
Because coffee is perishable, we cannot accept returns unless your order is damaged or incorrect. If there’s an issue, contact us at hello@mugsy.coffee within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
What if my order is wrong or damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, include your order number and a photo if possible, and we’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
